Comprehensive Family Law
Expertise Tailored to Your Needs
Principal Carol Pages is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with many years of experience across all aspects of family law. She is
a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Law Institute of Victoria.
At Pages Family Law we don’t try and do it all. Family law is a broad, specialised, complex and continuously evolving area of law and
deserves a dedicated focus.
Our objective is to do family law better – we bring together expertise and experience with empathy and a client focus. No one
wants to spend more time with their lawyer. Our aim is to provide you with advice on likely outcomes in your case, and options and
strategies for how to work towards resolution to suit your needs, to help you to resolve your matter quickly where possible, so you
can move on with your life.
Where a client needs assistance outside our area of expertise such as tax, commercial, property or conveyancing we can refer you
to our trusted experts in those fields.
At Pages Family Law our vision is to provide practical legal solutions for separated families,
to enable you to move forward to the next chapter of your life with confidence.
We achieve this by:
Applying our specialist family law knowledge and personal as well as professional experience to enable you to achieve resolution of your family law matters; and
Obtaining the right information from you to give you options and strategies for the best pathway to suit your needs; and
By providing you with transparency in legal fees.
About Principal Carol Pages
Carol became a lawyer after having a MBA and a corporate career
for a number of years. She graduated from Monash University with
a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor), achieving recognition for academic
results via inclusion in the Golden Key International Honour Society
and an invitation to the high achieving law students’ group.
Following completion of her practical legal training at the College of
Law, she was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2012, and has
worked in family law since that time.
In 2021 she became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Carol’s objective in creating Pages Family Law was to do family law
better by bringing together the best of her expertise, experience
and love of the law, with the compassion, empathy and hope that
clients often need during separation.
Notary Services
In addition to family law Carol is able to assist clients who are seeking the services of a Notary Public. Carol
is a Fellow of the Society of Notaries Victoria.
How can a Notary assist you?
Notaries assist clients with documents that are intended for use overseas.
For example:
Where you are required to sign a document such as an affidavit for an overseas court matter;
Where you are granting a power of attorney to a trusted friend or relative in another country;
Where you want to have your Australian qualifications verified to send overseas.
