Property and asset division following a separation can be complex and emotionally charged, which is why we’re dedicated to this highly specialised area of family law, always acting with compassion and empathy.
Unlike general law firms that spread their focus across multiple practice areas, we specialise in intricacies of property settlement, asset division, and financial matters.
As expert property division lawyers trusted by clients nationwide, we can anticipate challenges before they arise, handle sensitive matters with the care they require, and provide solutions that are both legally sound and practical for your unique circumstances.
Our property settlement lawyers can guide you through this process, ensuring your rights are protected while helping you reach an agreement that minimises conflict and uncertainty.
When not handled with the utmost respect and compassion, division of property after separation can be incredibly anxiety-inducing, overwhelming and at times, frustrating for the parties involved. At Pages Family Law, we’re committed to resolving disputes efficiently and respectfully to avoid escalation and costing our clients unnecessary time, emotion, and money. Our Melbourne property division lawyers offer comprehensive support at every stage of the process so you can be on your way to a fresh start with what is rightfully yours.

Not usually. Most property settlements are resolved through:
Once an agreement is reached, it can be formalised by:
We can provide you with advice about which form of documentation best suits your individual circumstances. Formalising the agreement provides legal certainty and protects both parties from future claims.
